My house

Hello world. In this blog I will try to describe my path to my new house. It is expected to be build this year, in 2010, sometime in third quarter of the year. It is possible that I will not make this year so it will slip into the spring of next year. Or I my failed completely. Who knows. I've been sparing money for my house since I get my first job in 2005. There are many yet unresolved problems. But I hope I will make it eventually. For example I don't have a land yet. I plan to buy land in some quiet and nice location. The place is important so there no need to rush. Interior design is also not 100% finished yet. I am really looking forward to this because it will be definitely my biggest project so far. In the following image there is small demo how the house will look like from the outside. As you can see, it is very very simple. I really like simple and minimalistic design. In the next blog entry I'll write how tight my budget is, what makes houses so expensive and how I tried to avoided high costs.
